Eli Elefant has been the CEO of PBC-USA Investments since 2014. PBC-USA is the global real estate investment arm of Property Building Corp, one of Israel's largest diversified real estate companies. The New York-based company owns and operates 2.5 B of real estate across the United States and is an acquirer of long-term real estate assets. Mr. Elefant is also an investor, board member and adviser to a select group of prop-tech and fin-tech companies at intersection of real estate and technology.

Prior to joining PBC-USA, Mr. Elefant was a Managing Director at Winthrop Financial, where he led a team focused on opportunistic, distressed and special-situation real estate investments. He served as a Captain (hon. discharge) in the IDF, holds a BA from the IDC in Herzliya, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
