I am a career Chief of Staff (COS) with exceptional people and organizational skills. My super power is distilling large amounts of data/ideas/POVs and translating them into meaningful and strategic insights that help to inform action and drive progress for the business and the organization.

I LOVE this role and have had the honor to serve as COS to the CEO at onX. We are a growth-company that is at the intersection of technology, community, and the outdoors. Previously I was the COS to the VP of People for AWS Services and prior to that I served as the COS to Amazon's VP of Worldwide Marketplace business. The only other role I've enjoyed as much was my time as the GM for Amazon's Fine Art business.

My mission is to empower more people to enjoy the outdoors. I believe that the more people who experience their own off-the-beaten-path awakening, the more likely they are to protect these spaces for the future. I do this as a volunteer Wilderness Ranger for the National Forest Service.
