Indra Chandra is a Managing Partner of CIG Spectrum Capital & Candlewood Spectrum, LLC, a Senior Advisor to Candlewood Investment Group and a Senior Advisor to RioBlanco Capital.

Mr. Chandra currently or has previously served on the management committees, investment committees and advisory committees for various credit, private credit, real estate, co-investment, private equity funds and their related investment managers with collective investments in excess of $14 billion.  He is a member of the boards of Forest Road Company, Summit Latam Holdings & Summit Parks US Holdco and a board observer for Capital Rx and Cyware Labs.  He is also an active angel investor with a focus on specialty finance companies, health related foods and services, Qualified Opportunity Zones, Esports, media and entertainment.

Prior to being a Managing Partner, co-founding Partner and President of Candlewood beginning in 2010, Mr. Chandra was the Managing Director, Head of Credit Market Strategy for the CS Credit Investment Group. Mr. Chandra was also a founding member of the Global Leveraged Finance Strategy and Portfolio Products Group at CS and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) from 1998 to 2008 where he had a broad range of roles ranging from research, capital markets and product management. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Chandra worked as a leveraged finance banker at Chase Securities. Mr. Chandra is a CFA charterholder, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Cornell University.
