In addition to the EA Collective, Voray also has an engaged community of Chiefs of Staff. Many of the members in our CoS Community began their careers as Executive Assistants. Often times EAs are already filling the duties of CoS. This Cohort, led by Danielle Venturino, The CoS of Liquid Death, will focus on the topic of bridging the gap between EAs and CoS. Danielle recently sat on one of our panels and was promoted from EA to CoS. If you are interested in the role of CoS then this is definitely a cohort for you! 

Attendees should come with questions they have about the CoS role, the transition from EA to CoS, along with challenges they are facing with bridging that gap.
